1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services of ParrotReviews.com ("we", "us", "our") and to all agreements for collecting reviews on Google and Trustpilot.
By using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
- Customer: the party using our services
- Services: all services we provide, including collecting reviews for Google and Trustpilot
- Review: an assessment submitted by a customer and published by us
- Platform: Google or Trustpilot where reviews are published
3. Description of services
ParrotReviews.com helps businesses collect reviews for Google and Trustpilot by:
- Processing review texts you provide
- Publishing reviews on the chosen platform (Google or Trustpilot)
- Notifying you when a review goes live
- Managing the review publication process
Important: We do not sell fake reviews and never place reviews without real customers. You purchase invitations to ask real people to leave a review.
4. Orders and payment
4.1 Placing an order
Place an order via our order form. Clicking "Order" creates a binding agreement.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change and apply to orders within their validity.
4.3 Payment
Pay via the provided methods (e.g. PayPal, iDEAL). Delivery starts after full payment.
4.4 Invoicing
After payment you automatically receive an invoice at the provided billing email address.
5. Delivery
5.1 Lead time
We publish reviews within a reasonable time. Expect up to 2 per day per business. Publication is typically spread for quality and credibility.
5.2 Verification
We only place real, verified reviews. All reviews are checked beforehand.
5.3 Updates
You will be notified (SMS or email) when a review goes live.
6. Customer obligations
As a customer you are required to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for orders
- Submit truthful and relevant review texts only
- Provide a valid email address and phone number if needed
- Comply with Google and/or Trustpilot policies
- Not submit misleading, offensive or unlawful content
7. Liability
7.1 Our liability
We provide services with care. However, we are not liable for:
- Removal of reviews by the platform
- Delays outside our control
- Changes in platform policies (Google/Trustpilot)
- Technical problems at third parties
- Indirect or consequential damages or lost profits
Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
7.2 Customer liability
You are liable for damages resulting from non‑compliance or incorrect/incomplete information.
8. Withdrawal and guarantee
8.1 Right of withdrawal
For digital services, the 14‑day right of withdrawal generally does not apply (EU 2011/83/EU) because the service can start immediately. If you contact us within 24 hours before start, we may consider a reasonable refund.
8.2 30‑day money‑back guarantee
Not satisfied within 30 days from start? Contact us; we will stop the service and you will receive a refund.
Not applicable if:
- All reviews have been placed and the service has been fully delivered
- There is misuse or a breach of these terms
- The 30‑day period has expired
9. Intellectual property
All IP rights in the services, website, software and materials remain with ParrotReviews.com or its licensors.
You may use reviews placed via our services for your business. You retain rights to content you provide.
10. Confidentiality and privacy
We treat all information confidentially. See our privacy policy for information about personal data.
11. Changes and termination
11.1 Changes to terms
We may change these terms. Changes are published on the website and apply to new orders from the publication date.
11.2 Termination by ParrotReviews.com
We may terminate immediately if:
- You fail to meet payment obligations
- You breach these terms
- Fraud or misuse occurs
11.3 Termination by customer
You can terminate by email to [email protected]. Services already delivered remain due.
12. Complaints and disputes
12.1 Complaints
For complaints, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 14 business days.
12.2 Disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Consumers may also use the Online ODR platform.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Severability
If a provision is void/voidable, the remainder remains in force; the provision is replaced by a valid one with similar intent.
13.2 Force majeure
No liability in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, strikes, government measures, third‑party outages, etc.
13.3 Assignment
You may not assign rights/obligations without written consent. We may assign to a third party.
